Available only for firewalls deployed by HandleTec. Includes uptime monitoring, configuration backup, basic health checks, update review, and minor administrative changes.
Excludes major rule redesign, VLAN redesign, VPN redesign, site visits, after-hours emergency response, troubleshooting caused by unsupported devices, and unrelated network issues. These are quoted separately.
Firewall deployments use HandleTec-supplied hardware so the environment can be tested, documented, maintained, and supported predictably. Client-supplied firewall hardware is not used for standard deployments.

For standard monthly firewall management, HandleTec only manages firewalls it has deployed. Existing third-party or client-supplied firewalls can still be reviewed first, then any cleanup, replacement, or ongoing support is quoted separately.
